Michigan Premier Events is looking for an experienced and organized Administration & marketing assistant intern to join our team and provide support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling other administrative and marketing/communication tasks as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, marketing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage company calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.

  • Prepare reports, presentations and meeting notes.

  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner.

  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems. 

  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.

  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.

  • Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.

  • Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.

  • Assistance & support to team members
